Lettings fees information

Please note the rental price does not include lettings fees. If you would like to make an application for any of our properties the following will apply:
Agency Administration Fee: £120 (single person) or £180 (2 persons). Additional tenant applicants charged at £45 per person. This is a non-refundable fee, covering the cost of tenant credit checks and referencing.
A Security deposit equivalent to 6 weeks rent will be payable on taking up the property. This amount is fully refundable at end of tenancy assuming no cleaning, damage reparation or remediation required to return the property to standard.
If you wish to reserve the property for a maximum of 4 weeks you will be asked to place a holding deposit. In the event that an application for tenancy is declined as a result of the referencing process, £100 is fully refundable to the applicant.
